MH Terms of Service

MILLIE HERD (MH) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS & SERVICES

Effective June 2026

Before making a booking with MILLIE HERD (MH), please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Making Bookings with MH

Bookings and changes to bookings for all MH services must be made via email. Existing clients may also arrange bookings or modifications in person during appointments. Bookings and booking changes cannot be made via social media, text message or phone call.

All bookings are subject to MH availability and are not confirmed until a booking confirmation has been issued by MH via email or automated booking confirmation.

MH Bridal Bookings may be made up to 12 months in advance (or at the discretion of MH). Event Makeup and Bridal Preview Appointments allow six-month advance booking. Brow appointments can be scheduled up to five months ahead through the Timely online system.

MH Pricing

Current service pricing is available via the MH online booking system Timely and/or will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Pricing may adjust and requires confirmation before appointment finalisation. Public holiday and long weekend appointments may incur surcharges.

Additional Information for MH Bridal Bookings

All MH Bridal Bookings require an immediate non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of 30% to secure and hold the wedding date with MH. Bank transfer is the payment method, with invoicing upon confirmation.

The remaining balance is payable in full no later than 60 days prior to the wedding date. A maximum of five makeup applications can be accommodated unless MH approves otherwise. Additional applications may require a second makeup artist.

Minimum Spend for MH Bridal Bookings

A minimum expenditure requirement applies to bridal bookings, communicated in writing during quotation. The minimum spend can be met through a combination of makeup services, travel fees, or additional makeup applications.

Bridal Preview Appointments

Saturdays are reserved exclusively for MH Bridal Bookings. Preview appointments occur Friday afternoons at the studio. These appointments are optional for securing wedding dates. If you would like to book a Bridal Preview Appointment before securing the wedding date, please note that your wedding date will not be held until the non-refundable 30% booking fee is paid.

Travel

Where travel is required to provide services on location, a travel fee will apply. Clients receive advance written notice of travel costs and bear responsibility for parking fees.

MH Bridal Booking Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to the number of makeup applications must be advised to MH no later than 60 days prior to the wedding day/service date. Cancellations within 60 days result in full payment forfeiture with no refunds.

Event Makeup & Bridal Preview Appointments

For Event Makeup appointments or Bridal Preview Appointments, any changes or cancellations must be communicated to MH at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Within-24-hour cancellations forfeit booking fees.

Health & Hygiene

MH reserves the right to refuse services where there are active cold sores, contagious skin conditions, infections, or any health concern that may pose a risk to the client, artist or other clients.

Social Media & Promotion

MH loves sharing content on social media and may take photographs or video content during your appointment for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out by notifying MH beforehand.
